Professor Caroline Dive CBE, Cancer Precision Medicine Theme Co-Lead at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Manchester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), will appear in the third episode of Cancer Detectives: Finding the Cures on Channel 4.

In ‘Clues in the Blood’, Professor Caroline Dive is developing innovative blood tests to detect cancer, well before it’s visible on a scan. She’s looking for tiny fragments of cancer DNA in the blood.
Filmed partly at the NIHR Manchester Clinical Research Facility at The Christie, this episode also features Dr Rebecca Lee, NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Medical Oncology and Dr Natalie Cook, Researcher and Capacity Building Lead for the Cancer Precision Medicine Theme, at the NIHR Manchester BRC.
